Track is really fun but i don't run in track (thank god) i throw discuss and shot put i like throwing its i enjoy it a lot yesterday we had our Janis Williams meet and me and Abe threw in that meet Abe threw 84 and i threw 95 i have improved a lot since the start i could only throw 69 ft the first time we got measured. i think i came in third for that track meet.
